At ChattyPaws, we want both you and your pets to be happy with every purchase!

✅ Returns

• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Due to hygiene, pet grooming and feeding items cannot be returned once opened.

• Refunds only for defective/damaged/lost items.

• No refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

✅ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✅ Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange if stock allows.

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll fix it right away—replacement or refund, no worries.
